Parts Terms and Conditions - all part numbers, descriptions and prices of products were believed to be correct at the time they were listed in the company's parts catalogue, parts price list and on this website. Gentry Restorations reserves the right to amend any of this detail at any time. The company has endeavoured to ensure all part numbers, descriptions and prices are valid. However, before any financial transactions take place, all detail will be confirmed at the point of issue of an official estimate. All potential purchasers will be notified if a product’s price has changed and is higher than that stated either in the company's price list or on this website. In which case, all purchasers have the right to cancel their interest and potential order. Gentry Restorations also reserves the right to inform all customers of any price changes at any time before payment is made and, notwithstanding any prior commitments, no contract is formed until payment is accepted. Please note, all prices are exclusive of VAT, packaging and delivery/courier charges.

Returns and Refunds Policy - refunds can be given on any parts listed in the company's parts catalogue or on this website, provided they're returned with the original invoice and in the same condition they were sold. The compamy reserves the right to make a handling charge for returned items. The time limit for returns requiring refunds is 3 months from the date of invoice. All return carriage charges must be borne by the customer. Please note, the company does not offer returns or refunds on bespoke, manufactured items.
